Visits With Hooman: Our customized Day Visit services aim to break up long periods of alone time for pets. These visits are designed to ensure quality care and mental stimulation during the day, ensuring pets remain happy and engaged. Proper timing ensures we are able to provide the level of service our clients expect.

Day Sitting: Multiple visits can be scheduled to provide mostly independent pets with regular assistance throughout the day. This is a great option when seeking meal coverage and potty relief or for care for our more unique pet families consisting of chickens, birds, fish, small animals, reptiles, and more. We recommend utilizing 2-3 visits per day to replace the need for overnight care.

Are Excursions For Us?: This service is a fantastic alternative to dog daycare for participants who prefer to venture beyond four walls and enjoy a smaller pack of friends to play with. While Trail Adventures offer hikes for high-energy pups throughout the enjoyable Alaskan seasons, Buddy Excursions provide a modified year-round experience for low to mid-energy pups. Pets can be expected to be away from the home for about 3 hours for this service, with suggested participation 1-3 times per week.

New visit clients should allow 1-2 weeks from request to confirm the best fit and coordinate a Meet & Greet.

Service Options

Day Visits can be scheduled as individual services, recurring services, and in place of or in conjunction with overnight sitting services.

Standard Day Visit

1 hour visit in pet’s home. Offered 7 days a week between 8am and 6pm. No additional fees for fish & small animals.

Best fit for pets who enjoy an engaging break during a long day alone. Service for up to two pets in the comfort of their own home including engagement, enrichment, potty relief/cleanup, and standard housesitting responsibilities.

Buddy Excursion

3 hour tag-along adventure. Offered Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday with pick up between 9am and 10:30am.

Best for low to mid energy dogs. Participants enjoy quality physical and mental stimulation and companionship during Alaska’s wintery months. Participants will enjoy various indoor and outdoor activities with other dogs, car rides, store visits, and more.
